Holy Family Garden

Holy Family Statue in the Holy Family Garden The dedication of the completed Holy Family Garden was on Sept 18, 2005 and coincided with the 50th anniversary of the parish. Its purpose was to beautify the space between the church and the rectory. It also was intended to be a place for prayer and quiet contemplation. The Holy Family Statue is a focal point, located near the north entrance to the church. In addition there are statues representing the Sacred Heart of Jesus, St. Francis of Assisi, and a Memorial to the Unborn. There are Stations of the Cross along a path through the garden.

The sale of bricks to honor families and individuals, living or deceased, helped fund this project. Bricks are still available for purchase to commemorate a special event or in memory of a loved one. Use this form to order a brick for the Holy Family Garden.

The Holy Family Garden is often used for wedding photos of couples getting married at St. Joseph. It is also the scene of the reception for St. Joseph Middle School 8th grade graduation and other special events.

Work days are scheduled a few times a year. Check out some recent photos.
