Resources for those impacted by recent storms
We offer our prayers of support for all those in Three Rivers, Union City and
Edwardsburg and surrounding areas impacted by Friday’s storms and tornados.
We are grateful that all those at Immaculate Conception School of Three
Rivers school and church were able to shelter in place and remain safe.
Immaculate Conception Church and Immaculate Conception School sustained
damage. Fr. Arul Lazar, pastor of Immaculate Conception Parish, Three Rivers,
spoke with News Channel 3 and urged all to be “a people of hope” and support
each other. Catholic Charities Diocese of Kalamazoo is offering assistance for
those impacted by Friday’s storms in the way of financial or in-kind donations.
Catholic Charities is also offering counseling services to those who may need
it in impacted areas. Contact: 269-381-9800.
