Tri-Parish Vocation Ministry is here to help support and encourage our priests, clergy, seminarians, religious sisters, and those discerning their vocation. We want to promote vocation awareness within our church community and beyond! Our goal is to create an environment in our parishes, schools and families that encourages and allows men and women to easily say “Yes!” to God’s call in their lives, to the priesthood, religious life, or sacramental marriage. We follow the vocationministry.com calendar of Vocation Days, so we can build vocation awareness and support the religious in our parish community.
St. Joseph Vocation Ministry has made it our mission to help everyone know that God has a plan for them! Whether it be a vocation to priesthood, religious life, or the life of sacramental marriage, that creates holy families. We celebrate our priests on their birthdays, ordination days, feast days, and other vocation days throughout the year. We support our seminarians with encouragement, prayers, and fundraisers to help them on their journey towards priesthood. Most of all, we pray for all our priests, clergy, religious sisters, seminarians, and those that are discerning their vocation.
Our ministry group usually meets once a month on a designated Thursday evening. We start with Adoration in church at 5pm, our Holy Hour for Vocations, for those that can make it. We then have our meeting at 6pm in the rectory with Fr. Chris Ankley. We would definitely welcome any new members, especially those interested in promoting vocations and supporting our clergy, seminarians, religious life, and those discerning a vocation.
